Sino-US confrontation, Obama said tough policy on China

On February 3, U.S. President Barack Obama said the United States will take a more hard-line stance on the exchange rate for China and will ask China to further open their markets to expand U.S. exports in order to create employment opportunities in the country. Despite Obama's stance that it will not amend or even repeal the trade treaty which was signed with China, the trade frictions between the two countries would clearly exacerbate.
Till now, the detonation of the three Sino-US relations estimated by the U.S. media at the beginning of this year, including arms sales to Taiwan to meet with the Dalai Lama and trade frictions have all surfaced.
Can US get benefit from the above policy? Some media said that what the US is doing is to make profits: the arms to be sold to Taiwan are much more expensive because the US knows well that Taiwan has to buy them although Taiwan has already knows it. President Barack Obama has cancelled the American project designed to take humans back to the Moonn just because it will spend money.
What effect will the policy aimed at China get?
